34-year-old Justin Gaither was charged with burglary when a manager at the Riverside Drive Bargain Hunt called 911 after they observed him in a co-worker’s vehicle.
On June 11th, multiple witnesses advised that Justin Gaithers was checking door handles near 690 Riverside Drive. The manager at Bargain Hunt called 911 when he saw someone in his co-worker’s vehicle.
According to the affidavit, Gaithers was caught in the vehicle when the authorities arrived and had the vehicle owner’s property on his person when searched. Officers said Gaithers admitted to going through the vehicle and has a criminal history.
Justin Gaither was arrested and charged with burglary and is jailed on a $15,000 bond.
