46-year-old Carlos Rice was charged with domestic assault after he slapped his wife with her cell phone and called her a “black b*tch” and a “low-class b*tch”, per report.
On September 6th, MCSO Deputy Houston arrived at 210 Melbourne Court in response to a domestic in progress. Carlos and Angela Rice, a married couple currently going through a divorce, were on the scene. Angela told police that she was packing her things into boxes to move when Carlos hit her in the face.
Carlos had been going through Angela’s phone before he decided to hit her in the face with it. Carlos then called her “a black bitch and a low-class bitch.” Surprised and confused, Angela said “What the hell?” Carlos turned and acted as though he was going to hit her again. Angela shielded herself and called authorities after Carlos left the scene.
Carlos Rice was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $2,500.
