Man cuts ex-girlfriend’s art during argument over custody of their dog

21-year-old Bryce Mansch was charged with vandalism after arguing with his ex-girlfriend over who was going to take the dog while moving out of their apartment.

On September 12th, Officer Nicolas Johnson of the Clarksville Police Department responded to vandalism at 190 Nantucket Drive. Officer Johnson made contact with Bryce Mansch who stated that he was trying to move out of the apartment that he shared with his ex-girlfriend, Emily Antoni, and got into an argument about who was going to take the dog.

While officers were investigating the situation, Antoni discovered that a painting of hers had been cut up and put in a closet. Antoni stated that the painting was hanging in her room the day prior and was not cut up the last time that she saw it. Officer Johnson asked Mansch about the painting. Mansch stated that he had gotten upset and cut up the painting the day prior. The estimated value of the painting was $100.

Bryce Mansch was arrested and charged with vandalism. His bond was set at $1,000.
