66-year-old Ralph Miner was charged with domestic assault when he “grabbed” his son because he took his car without permission.
On September 9th, MCSO Deputy J. Moore was dispatched to 1118 Gratton Road in regards to a domestic in progress. Deputy Moore made contact with Ralph Miner upon arrival, who stated that his grown son had taken his car without his permission. Miner stated that when his son parked the car, he approached him and grabbed him by the shoulders.
Travis Miner stated to the deputy that his dad approached him and grabbed him by the neck. The deputy noted that there were no apparent injuries and that he was visibly intoxicated and had a hard time recalling what had occurred.
Ralph Miner was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $500.
