31-year-old Christian Dykes was charged with 3 counts of aggravated assault and 3 counts of false imprisonment after threatening to kill people with a machete and not allowing them to leave.
On February 23rd, Officer Lucas responded to a call in reference to an aggravated assault on Britton Springs Road. Upon arrival, victims advised officers they were at the residence drinking with Christian Dykes and at some point he became very angry.
According to the affidavit, Christian grabbed a machete and threatened everyone in the house. He then put the machete to each of their throats and threatened to kill them if they tried to leave the home or use their phones. When officers made contact with Christian, he told officers that nothing happened.
Christian Dykes was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and False Imprisonment. His bond was set at $95,000.
