35-year-old Shaun Mortimer was charged with disorderly conduct after multiple witnesses stated he was behaving belligerently and attempting to start fights with people on Strawberry Alley.
On October 10th, Clarksville Police Officer Brandon Doss responded to a fight in progress at 103 Strawberry Alley. When police arrived, they made contact with some of the witnesses on scene.
Several witnesses advised police Shaun Mortimer was going around attempting to start fights with people. One such individual, Nicholas Dejesus, stated Mortimer smack his phone out of his hand when he noticed he was recording him. Mortimer was still being belligerent when officers arrived on the scene.
Shaun Mortimer was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a $500 bond.
