29-year-old Jacob Ferguson was charged with unlawful photographing after he was seen taking upskirt photos of a woman while following her around in TJ Maxx.
On September 14th, Clarksville Police Department Detective Howard arrived at TJ Maxx, located at 2724 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, because Jacob Ferguson was seen taking pictures from under a woman’s dress without her knowledge.
Witness Noah Ross said he saw Ferguson use his phone camera to take pictures underneath Amelia Horn’s dress twice while he followed her through the store. Ross later picked Ferguson out of a photo line up.
Jacob Ferguson was arrested and charged with unlawful photographing. His bond was set at $5,000.
