Man caught on Lincoln Homes trespass list yields drug charges for four

22-year-old Jaquan Hodge was charged with possession of marijuana for resale, simple possession, possession of a firearm while committing a dangerous felony, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and contempt when police recognized him on the criminal trespass list entering a Lincoln Homes residence.

On May 3rd, Officers Martin and Alquzweeni saw an individual on the criminal trespass list enter 50 B Ladd Drive. They knocked on the door, when it was opened they smelled the odor of marijuana. A search was consented to and conducted to find almost half an ounce of marijuana throughout the house as well as a loaded firearm, sandwich baggies, and a digital scale.

Jaquan Hodge, along with Laquesha Kelly, Jermon Henderson, and Aljanon Hodge were detained inside the home. With the amount of marijuana found, as well as the paraphernalia, the officers determined it was enough to charge Hodge with marijuana for resale. He was also held in contempt for missing a court date.

Jaquan Hodge was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana for resale, simple possession, possession of a firearm while committing a dangerous felony, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and contempt. His total bond was set at $60,000.
