32-year-old Christopher Lumpkins was charged with indecent exposure after he was caught masturbating next to people inside at Plato’s Closet.
On August 29th, Officer Jon Williams responded to an indecent expose at Plato’s Closet located at 116 Morris Road. Employees Leslie Hite and Toriann Merino advised police they observed a man masturbating in the aisles while standing near customers.
Merino advised Lumpkins was standing beside her in an aisle masturbating. Hite captured video evidence of him doing this while Merino was trying to work. When contact was made with Lumpkins, he was wearing grey sweat pants with a wet spot on the front of them. He stated this was from Vaseline.
Christopher Lumpkins was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. His bond was set at $5,000.
