Erica advised that she was having a verbal dispute with her father about family matters when the argument intensified and Kenneth approached where she was sitting. She stated when she attempted to stand, Kenneth shoved her out of the chair onto the floor.

At this point, Kenneth’s grandson states that he saw his grandfather get on top of his mother, and then the juvenile attempted to pull Kenneth off of her. This turned Kenneth’s attention to the minor, who he then punched in the face. Erica also attested to witnessing this, and the officer noted the juvenile sustained abrasions to his right cheek.

Kenneth Wayne Lacour was arrested and charged with two counts of domestic assault. His bond was set at $3,500.
