Gregory Edwards, the man driving the vehicle, was described to Officer Robinson as a white male wearing a white shirt who fled the scene. Officer Robinson made contact with a man who was leaving the area behind a closed business and noticed his shirt was ripped with fresh bloody abrasions on his body.
