The caller, Anthony Corbett’s girlfriend, told authorities that they were in a verbal argument about sex when they arrived. She told officers that the argument escalated, and Corbett punched her in the face and whacked her with a broomstick. Jeanetta noted a bruise on her face. When questioned, Corbett claimed that the argument between them was about both sex and rent. He told officers the argument was strictly verbal.

Anthony was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was released on a $1000 bond.
