21-year-old Ab Lopez was charged with domestic assault after he got into an argument with his wife and carried her back into the house when she tried to leave.
On August 23rd, Officer Eric Dube arrived at 3442 Arvin Drive in response to a domestic violence call and made contact with Marmelynn Eldridge. She stated that she and her husband, Ab Lopez, got into a physical fight.
She told police that she went outside of the house to walk away from Lopez, but he followed her out, grabbed her, and carried her back into the house. Lopez was found to be the primary aggressor in the first domestic between the couple.
Ab Lopez was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $500.
