PSD Vader did indicate the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle which allowed the officer probable cause to search the vehicle. Inside he found a bag of field-tested positive crack/cocaine as well as a spoon tested with positive crack/cocaine residue on it. Both of the occupants had access to the drug which weighed close to half a gram.

Terry Mcgee was arrested and charged with the resale of crack cocaine and unlawful drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $35,000.
