25-year-old Sean Pierce was charged with for showing his butt cheeks spread apart and shaking his genitals at residents while shooting fireworks. Then showing them to the police when they arrived on the scene.
On June 6th, police responded to an indecent exposure where the victims heard that the defendant, Sean Pierce, was outside firing off fireworks. While looking out of the window they noticed Pierce spreading his butt cheeks apart in front of the victims, and he turned to shake his genitals.
After shaking his genitals at them he returned into his residence and turned off all of his lights. When police arrived on the scene and were talking to the victims, Pierce stood in his doorway and exposed his genitals again.
Sean Pierce was arrested and charged with indecent exposure. His bond was set at $10,000.
