32-year-old Christopher Csicsak was charged with tampering with evidence and possession of methamphetamine when officers were called about suspicious individuals selling drugs on Main Street.
On May 24th, Clarksville Police Officer Alquzweeni was called to 1145 Main Street in regard to suspicious individuals selling drugs. According to the affidavit, he found Sandra Neblett and Christopher Csicsak standing next to a Hyundai Sonata.
They claimed to have been visiting Neblett’s father. When backup arrived, the officers discovered two baggies approximately two feet from Csicsak’s position, the substance inside tested positive for methamphetamine.
Christopher Csicsak was arrested and charged with fabricating/tampering with evidence and simple possession/casual exchange methamphetamine. He is jailed in lieu of a $7,500 bond and was already pending other drug and traffic charges.
