25-year-old Minniesha Maxwell was charged with simple assault after reportedly attacking a woman during an argument they were having while moving property.
On August 17th, Shannon Yancy was in the process of removing her belongings from the residence located at 2106 Ringgold Court when she got into a verbal altercation with Minniesha Maxwell.
Ms. Maxwell approached Ms. Yancy and then began punching and slapping her. The altercation caused a laceration to Ms. Yancy’s face, bruising to her left leg, and swelling to her eyes.
Minniesha Maxwell was charged with simple assault. Her bond was set at $1,000.
