32-year-old Justin Triplett was charged with domestic assault after he struck his wife in the face and told police he only meant to push her.
On September 12th, Montgomery County Officer Saul Jeanetta arrived at 813 Hidden Springs Drive in response to a domestic in progress. Authorities talked with Justin Triplett who said that he hand his wife were in an argument where he simply went to push her out of the way but instead slapped her face.
Triplett told police that he did have more than one beer the morning before the argument. Triplett’s wife told the officers that they were in an argument while he was in the bathroom. She told them that he hit her left face cheek with an open hand.
Justin Triplett was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He is jailed in lieu of a $500 bond.
