22-year-old Paul Neal was charged with domestic assault when he spit on his child’s mother after an argument got heated, per report.
On July 24th, Officer Pequignot was dispatched to a domestic violence call at 408 Martin Street. Upon arrival, the victim stated that she and Paul Neal, her child’s father, were involved in a verbal argument a verbal that quickly escalated.
According to the affidavit, the victim told police that Paul spit in her face and she felt assaulted.
Paul Neal was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $250.
