51-year-old Joseph Waters was charged with domestic assault when his daughter said he interjected into a sibling spat, broke into her room and put her in a headlock.
On May 2nd, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Kevin Padilla was dispatched to a domestic incident. According to the affidavit, Joseph Waters of Sango Road had become angry about a verbal altercation between his daughter and her older sister.
The younger daughter advised authorities that she had barricaded herself in her room to avoid escalation. She attested that Waters gained access to the room and put her in a headlock while she resisted.
Joseph Waters was arrested and charged with domestic assault and his bond was set at $250.
