26-year-old Robert Geralds was charged with possession of marijuana and unlawful drug paraphernalia after police searched him at Westgate Inn & Suites while executing a capias warrant for failing to appear on a shoplifting charge from December 2019.
On May 3rd, the police arrive at Westgate Inn & Suites around 11 pm looking for Robert Geralds, the defendant, because he had a capias warrant on him for failing to appear on a shoplifting charge from December 2019.
When the officer placed him under arrest, Geralds consented to a search of his person. Police found marijuana in a cigarillo pack as well as a scale in his backpack with green residue on it.
Robert Geralds was arrested and charged for shoplifting, possession of marijuana, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
