25-year-old Eric Hand was charged with driving under the influence after endangering other vehicles, swerving, and almost running off of Wilma Rudolph Blvd. A breath sample later revealed that Hand’s blood alcohol content was over twice the legal limit.
33-year-old Cody Baggett was charged with tampering with evidence after a DUI arrest escalated upon his refusal to give up a blood sample for testing. He had already been arrested and charged for driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license, use of off-road vehicle on highway, and violation of implied consent.
23-year-old Rogelio Alonzo-Gregario was charged with driving under the influence and resisting arrest after a car was reported to be “swerving all over” Peachers Mill Road and possibly hitting mailboxes.
26-year-old Daniel Reiss was charged with DUI, simple possession, and tampering with evidence after he drove through a checkpoint on Highway 41A.
