Woman spits on, douses and runs over man’s clothing in response to him leaving

26-year-old LaTonya Walthour was charged with vandalism after throwing a man’s clothing onto the ground outside of the Tru by Hilton hotel. Further investigation revealed the man’s clothing had been doused in spit and an unknown liquid and had tire marks from being run over.

On July 9th, Officer Cassford was dispatched to the Tru by Hilton hotel located on 3030 Mr. C Drive in regards to a report of vandalism. Upon arrival, Cassford made contact with an unidentified male, who informed law enforcement that LaTonya Walthour had thrown his clothing around the parking lot of the hotel while he was working. The officer met with Walthour shortly after taking the man’s statement. According to the affidavit, Walthour was upset about the man moving out of their residence and disposed of the clothing in response to the decision.

Further investigation of the clothing revealed that the items had spit and an unidentifiable liquid on them. In addition, the clothing reportedly had tire marks over them, presumably from a vehicle running them over. The clothing’s value was estimated to be at least $250, per report.

LaTonya Walthour was arrested and charged with vandalism. Her bond was set at $2,500.
