Woman charged for making excessive 911 calls within a 30 minute period

37-year-old Tiffany Miller was charged with excessive 911 calls and resisting arrest after she called 911 six times within approximately 30 minutes.

On January 31st, officers responded to a home on Brook Mead Drive in reference to several 911 calls being made within a 30-minute period. Officer McCray was informed by dispatch that Tiffany Miller had called 911 six times between 12:00 a.m. and 12:34 a.m. A warrant was served on February 21st.

When Officer McCray attempted to take Tiffany into custody she pulled away and would not allow the officer to cuff her willingly. The incident required another officer’s assistance to take Tiffany into custody.

Tiffany Miller was arrested on February 24th and charged with Excessive 911 Calls as well as Resisting Arrest. Her bond was set at $5,000.
