31-year-old Joshua Duetschmann was charged with domestic assault after verbally threatening a victim.
On February 23rd, police were dispatched to Stokes Road in reference to a domestic call. The victim stated that Joshua Duetschmann verbally threatened to shoot him. Police reported that Joshua is “known to have access to weapons” within the residence.
Brianna Smith, a witness, stated she heard Joshua make threaten the victim. Joshua was then taken into custody and transported to booking since the verbal threat “put the victim in fear of Mr. Joshua Duetschmann.”
Joshua Duetschmann was arrested and charged with Domestic Assault. His bond was set at $500.
