34-year-old Bryan Haskins was charged with domestic assault after he reportedly threw his wife’s belongings in a suitcase, yanked her arm, and told her to leave during an argument.
On December 5th, Clarksville Police Officer Heather Hill responded to reports of domestic assault at 1305 Winterset Drive. LaQuadra Haskins stated she and her husband, Bryan Haskins, got into a verbal altercation that turned physical. She stated she was lying in bed when Bryan came in and asked if she was done ignoring him.
According to the report, she did not reply and he began to throw her belongings into a suitcase. He stated she needed to leave their residence, and she replied she was not leaving. Bryan yanked her arm and told her she was going to leave. She stated she was fearful he was going to continue to assault her. The couple had no past history of domestic violence.
Bryan Haskins was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was later released on a $250 bond.
