Man mad about finding drugs in home, charged with DV, said “I am going to break you in half”

38-year-old Julius Skelton was charged with domestic assault when he found drugs in his home and wanted the owner of the items out. The owner complained that he had been shoved and told “I am going to break you in half”.

On June 22nd, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Danielle Prichard was called to a domestic situation at 1749 Elmwood Road.

According to the affidavit, Mr. Julius Skelton had found someone who lives in his home with drugs and wanted them out. The other resident told officers Mr. Skelton had shoved him and said “Go ahead and call the police. I am going to kill you. I am going to break you in half”.

Julius Skelton was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $250.
