19-year-old Ras Nicholas Viette was charged with domestic assault after neighbors witnessed him chasing his girlfriend outside during an argument.
On October 4th, Clarksville Police Officer Brieghanna Dilsaver responded to a domestic violence assault at 120 Walnut Street where contact was made with Ras Nicholas Viette and his girlfriend.
Viette’s girlfriend stated she and Viette had a verbal altercation when she ran out of the apartment. Both Viette and his girlfriend said he chased her and she fell in the parking lot. Viette then admitted to hitting her. Office Dilsaver also spoke to neighbors who confirmed they saw the girlfriend run outside in her undergarments and get assaulted.
Ras Nicholas Viette was arrested and charged with domestic assault. His bond was set at $500 but the charge was later dropped.
