32-year-old Roger Temple was charged with driving under the influence for the second time after officers observed impairment following a wreck on East Old Ashland City Road.
On March 20th, officers responded to a vehicle accident at 2821 East Old Ashland City Road. According to the affidavit, authorities recognized impairment upon approach through the scent of alcohol and observing Roger Temple being unsteady on his feet.
Authorities noted that Temple consented to field sobriety test that he did not perform adequately. His previous DUI was in 2012.
Roger Temple was arrested and charged with driving under the influence 2nd offense. His bond was set at $20,000.
