25-year-old Taylor Madson was charged with two counts of child rape when he admitted to sexually penetrating a 10-year-old girl vaginally on two separate occasions.
On October 18th, Clarksville Detective Samantha Kellett responded to 200 South Hampton Place, The Preserve at Spring Creek Apartments, to investigate the rape of a child.
During the investigation, Taylor Madson advised that he met a 10-year-old girl who resided in the same apartment building on October 17th. He further stated that he sexually penetrated her vaginally on two separate occasions.
Taylor Madson was arrested and charged with two counts of child rape. He is currently jailed in lieu of a $200,000 bond.
