28-year-old Jack Yarbro was charged with aggravated domestic assault when his mother-in-law called authorities after she says he gave her daughter a black eye. The couple has an intense history of domestic violence since they wed in December.
On May 28th, Clarksville Police Officer Dube responded to a domestic incident at The Residence Apartments located on 1671 Fort Campbell Boulevard. According to the affidavit, Jessica Smith’s mother Mary Saunders claimed that her daughter had been given a black eye by husband Jack Yarbro.
