29-year-old Roberto Aguirre was charged with harassment after he persisted in contacting a woman with “offensive and repetitious” messages by text and social media.
On March 5th, a complaint was made in reference to Roberto Aguirre regarding repeated and objectionable communications between August 17th and the present.
According to the affidavit, Roberto was told to discontinue contact with Lauren Adan but he refused and continued to text her and post messages on social media. The report states the messages were “offensive in nature and repetitious.”
On March 6th, Roberto Aguirre was arrested and charged with harassment. His bond was set at $500.
