25-year-old Rachael ‘Alli’ Shaffer was charged with burglary, possession of meth, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and contraband in a penal institution when a search revealed 4.3 grams of meth stowed in her wallet and brassiere.
On May 5th, according to affidavits, a search of Rachael Shaffer produced 4.3 grams of a white crystallized substance. The substance was in two separate bags, one stowed in her wallet and the other in her brassiere. The material field-tested positive for methamphetamine.
Rachael Shaffer was arrested and charged with burglary, possession of meth, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and contraband in a penal institution. She is currently jailed in lieu of a $30,000 bond.
