Three strikes and you’re out: Man repeatedly sells cocaine to undercover agent

35-year-old Kenneth Hite was charged with possession of marijuana and three counts of cocaine for resale after selling cocaine to the same undercover agent three times.

On October 20th, undercover Fort Campbell Criminal Investigation Department Agent Centeno met Kenneth Hite at 1454 Elm Hill Drive to purchase 1 gram of cocaine. When weighed, the cocaine was measured at 1.2 grams.

On October 30th, Centeno met him again to purchase 2 more grams, and this time the illicit substances were measured at 1.7 grams.

On November 4th, they met once again so Centeno could purchase 2 grams from Hite, and the total weight of the substance was measured at 2.7 grams. Later that day, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy Matthew Drudy arrived at the Elm Hill residence to serve Kenneth Hite his multiple warrants. Kenneth allowed sheriffs to search his gold Chevrolet Tahoe where they found a vape with a THC cartridge. Kenneth also handed sheriffs 2.1 grams of marijuana.

Kenneth Hite was charged with possession of marijuana and three counts of possession of cocaine for resale. He was released on a $120,500 bond.
