Man steals 2020 Ford Expedition from Milan car dealership

20-year-old Keone Nance was charged with theft of a motor vehicle when he stole a 2020 Ford Expedition, valued at over $70,000, from the Steve Marsh Ford dealership in Milan, Tennessee.

On August 27th, Officer Andrea Martin responded to a call about a vehicle that was reported stolen from Steve Marsh Ford dealership in Milan, Tennessee. The Milan Police Department advised that the stolen vehicle was a 2020 Ford Expedition, valued at $70,038. The GPS in the vehicle was showing to be in the area of Gary Matthews Motors and the Gary Matthews employees were notified.

Employee David Feltman observed a 2020 Ford Expedition matching the description of the stolen vehicle backed in a parking spot at the Cumberland River Center shortly after. David stated that he saw a heavyset black male with a long afro hairstyle wearing red pants and a black shirt exit the vehicle. Keone Nance matched the suspect description and was in the park upon the officer’s arrival.

Keone admitted to being in the vehicle and told the officer the vehicle was unlocked and gave consent for officers to verify the VIN. The VIN was confirmed to be the stolen vehicle and David Feltman was able to positively identify Keone Nance as the person he witnessed exiting the vehicle. Upon search, a phone and a black and red jacket were found which Keone claimed to be his.

Keone Nance was arrested and charged with theft of a motor vehicle. His bond was set at $50,000.
