19-year-old Andrew McCall, 19-year-old Levar Livingston, and 19-year-old Andrew Logsdon were charged with three counts of attempted auto burglary after they were reported and caught on camera “carhopping” as Andrew McCall broke into a vehicle stealing only a pack of cigarettes.
