Anderson James “AJ” Fox was arrested June 13th after a Grand Jury indictment was unsealed, charging him on two counts of statutory rape of a 13-year-old child. Fox is free on a $25,000 bond.
“AJ” Fox, who is now 20, but was 18 years and 9 months old at the time of the two incidents, is said to have had penetrating sex with a child that was 13-years-old in June of 2018. A copy of the now unsealed Grand Jury indictment is below. Fox is free on a $25,000 bond via 2nd Chance Bail Bonding and is scheduled to appear for an arraignment on July 8th.
