30-year-old Rodrigo Agueda was charged with assault after having a panic attack in the Veterans Affairs hospital and striking two Veterans Affairs officers in the face on May 26, 2020.
According to the affidavits filed by Veterans Affairs Officers David Skagen and Jonathan Carroll, they were holding Agueda for an incident in the facility at 1310 24th Ave. S. in Nashville when Agueda went into a panic attack. During his panic attack, he tried to push past the officers and hit their faces.
Rodrigo Agueda was arrested and charged with two counts of assaulting an officer, bodily injury. He is out on a total bond of $1,500.
