Martin Main, 28, was charged with theft of property after he was caught shoplifting at Walmart.
On January 29th, Martin Main visited the Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard to shop for a set of bedsheets. After making his selection, instead of proceeding to the cash register to pay Martin took the item straight to Customer Service.
Upon arriving at the Customer Service station, he performed a fraudulent return of the item, having never paid for it. Martin was given a Wal-Mart gift card valued at $75.96, “depriving Wal-Mart of that amount,” per the affidavit. Martin Main was later arrested and charged with Theft of Property. His bond was set at $1,000.
