Rebecca Stoke, 26, was charged with domestic assault after getting into a fight with her mother, and punching her in the eye, per an arrest warrant.
Officer Canales responded to a domestic assault on 11/17/19. Upon the arrival of law enforcement, a physical altercation was taking place. The two parties were separated and identified as Tricia Foster, mother of Rebecca Stokes, and Rebecca herself.
It was divulged that Stokes and Foster were involved in a verbal altercation earlier and it turned physical. Foster stated that Stokes was intoxicated and began to exude aggressive behavior. Foster tried to contain Stokes’ behavior and caught a punch with her left eye. Police say Foster’s eye did begin to swell while they were still on the scene.
