40-year-old Jodi Van Dyke was charged with possession of meth, simple possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, and improper lane use after nearly colliding with a Sheriff’s Deputy’s vehicle on Barton’s Creek Road.

26-year-old Deundre Luckett was charged with tampering of evidence, driving on a suspended license, simple possession of cocaine, violation of his condition of release and improper lane usage. Luckett’s charges stem from throwing out a bag containing a white substance during a traffic stop.
