28-year-old Anthony Marcel Deloach was charged with assault, evading arrest, and resisting search after knocking out an officer’s contact while being placed in handcuffs and fleeing on foot afterward.
23-year-old Steven Louissaint was charged in the theft of a motorcycle belonging to Jessica Breznican. Two men were caught on video stealing her motorcycle. When officers went to question Louissaint he was wearing the same shirt from the video.
Clarksville Police are attempting to identify a woman responsible for hitting three parked motorcycles and fleeing the scene, at around 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning. Police say the unknown female was driving a gray PT Cruiser, traveling on Kraft Street, near Parham Lane. She crashed into three parked motorcycles. One of the motorcycle owners was able to take a photograph of the woman and her license plate (temporary tag: QDXNQWM). The tag was unable to be traced back to the dealership at this time.
