Clarksville man blows .144 BAC after officer follows him through Jack in the Box drive-thru

22-year-old Zackary Toupe was charged with driving under the influence when a CPD officer followed him through the Fort Campbell Boulevard Jack in the Box. He blew a .144 BAC after claiming he only had 3 REDDs.

26-year-old Raynesha Davis will appear in court Tuesday, charged with felony vandalism. An arrest warrant details she poured water on the electronic register, causing $1500 in damage before fleeing the scene. When an officer reached her via phone, Davis told him to “put a warrant out for me”, so he did.
