33-year-old Joseph Cash was charged with possession of heroin, possession of Xanax without a prescription, drug paraphernalia, and violating his conditions of release after he was found unresponsive in a church parking lot.
52-year-old Michael Myhill was charged with possession of marijuana, paraphernalia, an order of protection violation, and theft of merchandise when officers investigating a drug call and shoplifting incident found him with suspected weed in a vehicle with no license plate.
33-year-old Stacy Sue Brooks was charged with escape, possession of marijuana, unlawful drug paraphernalia, and violation of probation when she was discharged from a rehab program she was granted a furlough to but did not return to jail. She was later found at a motel off exit 4.
40-year-old Kara Lee Yeager of 1869 Walnut Grove Road netted her sixth set of charges this year May 27, 2020, when a Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputy found her with glass pipes, marijuana and around 25 capped needles.
