The City of Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department announced today the Clarksville Downtown Market is returning to its permanent location downtown at 1 Public Square beginning June 6, 2020 through September 26, 2020.
55-year-old Gregory Robert Shea, who is one of the owners of the Roux in downtown Clarksville was arrested Sunday night, charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. He is free tonight on a $100,000 bond. Investigators located over 100 images and videos on an iPad inside the restaurant’s office and the owner admitted to “having a problem”.
Paul Klopfer, 29, was charged with DUI, Possession of a handgun while under the influence, and an open container after police found a Glock 9mm, AR-15 rifle, and numerous rounds of ammunition in his vehicle.
