33-year-old Bobby Otten was charged with possession of marijuana, driving without license, removal of tags, no insurance. A K-9 free air sniff lead to probable cause to search Otten’s vehicle. A large amount of marijuana was recovered from the vehicle during the search.
24-year-old Daniel Senft, Jr. of 4368 Old Metal Rd. in Palmyra was charged with stalking his neighbor, disorderly conduct, not having his vehicle registered and not having insurance after he repeatedly drove by his neighbor’s house playing loud music and revving the engine of his car.
46-year-old Hollie Waynick was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, duty to render aid, failure to exercise due care, compliance with financial responsibility, leaving the scene of an accident, immediate notice of accident, and driving on a suspended license after she was involved in an accident on Merritt Lewis Lane and fled the scene where police found a man overdosed in the back seat.
