Homeless man caught stealing pliers, dash camera from Ft. Campbell Walmart

33-year-old Dustin Herrell was charged with burglary, simple possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia and theft of a business from a Fort Campbell Walmart. Herrell’s charges originate from being caught whilst shoplifting, then fleeing the scene while throwing items that he previously pillaged during his escape.

35-year-old Dustin Herrell was charged with public intoxication when he was found laying in a Clarksville hotel parking lot suspected to have been hit by a vehicle, instead it was determined he was under the influence of fentanyl.
