41-year-old Adam Felts and 41-year-old Robert Neale were charged with meth with intent, paraphernalia, and marijuana after failing to stop at a stop sign and storing 15 grams of meth in their truck. Adam Felts was additionally charged with his seventh driving on a suspended license.
