Woodlawn man upset by wreck brandishes handgun, calls himself a psycho, threatens another man

35-year-old Ryan Marshall was charged with aggravated assault when he and another man collided vehicles and the other man claimed Marshall referred to himself as a psycho and was brandishing a firearm.

On June 2nd, Montgomery County Deputy Cody Evans responded to a car accident at the Moore Hollow and Lake Road intersection. According to the affidavit, a male victim told officers that Ryan Marshall exited his vehicle with a gun and told him if Mrs. Marshall had not been present he would shoot the victim and drive away.

The victim also claimed that Marshall referred to himself as a psycho and agreed to pay for damages if the victim would “meet him up the road” so Marshall could “beat his ass”. The officer noted that Ryan Marshall did indeed have a gun in his waistband.

Ryan Marshall was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. His bond was set at $10,000.
