Woman witnessed yelling at patrons in front of The Warehouse by officers

31-year-old Kristin Kerrigan was charged with public intoxication after yelling at randoms outside of The Warehouse and being “unreasonably annoying.”

On November 1st, Clarksville Police Department Officer Jamal Alquzweeni arrived at The Warehouse located at 20 Mcclure Street in response to a public intoxication call. Kristin Kerrigan was outside of the establishment screaming at bystanders.

While talking with her Alquzweeni smelled a “strong odor of alcohol” coming from her. According to the report, Kerrigan’s speech was slurred, she could not her balance, and “unreasonably annoyed the public.”

Kristin Kerrigan was arrested and charged with public intoxication. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
